THE ROBUSTE Amber of 7% alc. The perfect compromise between a lager and a brown beer, generous and sweet, fresh aftertaste. Light bitterness. It contains barley malt. Sediment doesn’t ruin the quality of the beer. LA REDOUTABLE Triple brown 8% alc. Character and complex beer, pronounced bitterness, flavour of liquorice, apple marmalade, prunes.

 

ZYTHOLOGY Aperitif: with dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts). Main dish: meatballs “à la liégeoise”, rabbit stew with a spéculoos sauce, pork, pan-fried chicken. Cheeses: mainly hard cheeses such as Comté. Dessert : crème brûlée. ZYTHOLOGY Aperitif: with dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts). Main dish: beef, small and big game stews. Cheeses: blue cheeses, Herve (soft rind cheese), Chorchire. Dessert : chocolate mousse.
